Executive Chef Art Kukoda brings strong culinary skills and
community sprit to two unique New Jersey dining spots. In
Princeton, he is a proprietor and Executive Chef at the
legendary Alchemist & Barrister Restaurant and Pub
where he has commanded the kitchen for 20 years. In
suburban Cream Ridge New Jersey, Chef Kukoda’s The Greens
Restaurant & Banquet Hall offers an array of dining
options from a light meal
in the cafe to celebrations and social events.
Both restaurants are
integral parts of their community.
A landmark and a legend, The Alchemist & Barrister
Restaurant & Pub is often called the "Cheers of Princeton."
Its charity fund raisers such as the annual St. Patrick’s
Day Party and Long Beard Contest support numerous local
charities. Chef Kukoda and his staff are always among the
innovators showing off their skills at culinary events such
as Taste of the Nation.
Conveniently located in an historic building in the heart of
Princeton, the "A&B" is the favorite gathering place for
residents and visitors who enjoy great food, drink, and
fellowship. Students, faculty, executives, university
alumni, shoppers, theatergoers, and travelers all find a
warm welcome in the two spacious dining rooms, convivial pub
and spacious patio that’s open year round.
Chef
Kukoda’s international menu spans American, Italian,
Mexican, Irish and Asian dishes. Enjoy a great dinner,
hearty sandwich or bar snack. The A&B’s burgers, including
the succulent Kobe Burger, are acknowledged as the best in
town. .The A&B also offers a late lunch and dinner menu as
well as a lavish a la carte Sunday Brunch., plus a selection of
top beers, wine and spirits.
When the sun goes down, the A&B lights up – with live music
on Thursday nights from 10:00 pm - 1:00 am and on Sunday
from 9:30 pm - 11:30 pm, featuring talented local bands. On
Wednesdays, it’s Open Mic Night.
